Grants – Energy Company Obligation (ECO)

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) was introduced to reduce the UK’s energy consumption and support people living in fuel poverty. ECO funding supports the poorest and most vulnerable householders and those types of property which cannot achieve financial savings without an additional or different measure of support. It aims to give consumers support and funding for energy efficiency improvements in their homes. Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is split into two parts:

 

CSCO / CSCO Rural

Aims to provide insulation measures to households in specified areas of low income. We can help you determine if your property is located with a CSCO or CSCS Rural area.

-Cavity Wall Insulation
-Loft Insulation

How do I know if I qualify for ECO funding?

If you own a property or are a tenant in a privately rented property and your property is within a low income area, you will be eligible for ECO funding towards the cost.

 

CERO

Aims to provide insulation measures to households and customers which do not sit within the other ECO funding streams yet still ensure these relatively expensive measures are more affordable.
